All Eastman Guitars and Mandolins are built in their Beijing workshops by an expert team of luthiers and crafts people. The Eastman MDO-305E is made with a sturdy maple neck and an ebony fingerboard for smooth playing. The compact A-style body has a solid spruce top and solid maple back/sides. It features a 12" radius ebony fingerboard, 1 3/8" nut, and 23 Jescar FW37053 fretwire for comfortable playability. The satin finish adds a nice look and allows the wood to resonate well. The hardware, including geared tuners and a stamped chrome brass tailpiece, ensures durability. The instrument comes with a padded gig bag for easy transport and is equipped with a K&K pickup for amplified playing.
