When you have a gear problem, you want it fixed fast, and you want it fixed right!

Most minor repairs, restrings and set-ups we can handle for you in store but as Authorised Warranty repairers for Fender, Ibanez, Marshall, Yamaha, whatever your repair needs, Concept can help... either by advising you of your closest repairer or by sending it out for you to one the guys we have used and know will do a great job.  For more serious guitar repairs we recommend Trevor Folley and our amps are usually sent to Joe Curulli.

Of course we don't just service and repair guitars, we have chosen a range of repairers specialising in each different area including brass, woodwind and amplification.
