Shipping on all orders $50 and over is now FREE in the Perth Metro area!

There is a flat fee of $10 shipping for all orders under $50 in the Perth Metro area.

For the rest of Australia with have minimal shipping charges which will be displayed at the checkout stage of processing your order. These are clearly displayed before we process your payment so you can see what we are charging you!

For our international customers we recommend contacting us directly via the contact us page and we will get you a shipping quote.

Returns Policy

Returns Policy

At Concept Music, we are committed to providing you with high-quality musical instruments and accessories. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. We will do everything in our power to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase.

  1. Change of Mind Returns

If you change your mind about a purchase, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in a resalable condition. This includes all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Refund/Exchange: We offer a refund or exchange for items returned due to a change of mind. The refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please note that certain items, such as special orders, and personalised products, are not eligible for return due to a change of mind.

  1. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If the item you purchased is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law:

  1. Eligibility: You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item if you believe it is faulty or incorrect.
  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  3. Options: We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the fault and whether a repair or replacement is feasible.
  4. Return Shipping: If an item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will reimburse the cost of return shipping.

    2. Packaging: Ensure that the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. Include the original packaging and any accessories.
    3. Shipping: Send the item to the address we will provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the return reaches us safely.
  2. Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  1. Special Orders: Items that were specifically ordered or customised for you.
  2. Clearance items: limited edition and one-off special items may not be returned.
  3. Certain items for Hygiene Reasons: such as mouthpieces, harmonicas, reeds, recorders, microphones, earplugs, and others where applicable.
