Yamaha make the best student Alto saxes on the market! (Yep, a big statement but one we're pretty happy to argue!). The YAS280 has many of the feautures of a professional sax but is around half the price. High F# key, gold lacquer keys and an adjustable thumb rest means this sax looks and feels like a more expensive instrument. Ideal for the beginner right up to advanced students.
